Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between Shady Obeed (Online service, operating worldwide), who operates AI Employee, and the business that uses it. By creating an account or connecting a messaging or social account, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
AI Employee is a platform that lets a business handle its customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and a website chat widget, and publish content to connected social accounts, with an AI assistant drafting or sending replies. These terms cover the business using the platform. The separate Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled, including the data of customers who message you.
1. Your account
You must be able to enter a contract on behalf of your business to use AI Employee. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite to it.
Each business's data is isolated from every other business on the platform. You may not attempt to access another business's conversations, customers or content.
2. Connected platforms
AI Employee acts on your instruction on accounts you connect — TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Connecting an account means granting us access through that platform's own authorisation flow, and you may disconnect it at any time from the dashboard.
You must own, or be authorised to manage, every account you connect. We act only on the account you authorised, and never on any other.
Each connected platform has its own terms, and your use of it through AI Employee remains subject to them. You are responsible for complying with them — including content rules, advertising and branded-content disclosure requirements, and any restrictions on automated activity. A platform may suspend or remove your account or content under its own rules, and we cannot override that.
We may lose access to a connected platform if it changes or withdraws its API. Where that happens we will tell you, but we cannot guarantee continued availability of any particular channel.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you provide — product catalogues, FAQs, message content, images and videos. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that content, process it to generate replies, and transmit it to the platforms you have connected when you or your configured automation instructs us to.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you publish through AI Employee, including any music, footage or images in a video, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We do not add watermarks, logos, links or promotional text to content published to a connected account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AI Employee to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not contacted you.
- Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Post to an account you do not own or are not authorised to manage, or resell access to the platform's API connections.
- Circumvent a connected platform's rate limits, review requirements or restrictions.
- Probe, scrape or disrupt the service or the data of other businesses on it.
5. AI-generated replies
Replies and recommendations are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. You choose, per conversation and as an account default, whether a reply is sent automatically or held for a person to approve. Either way the reply is sent as your business, and you remain responsible for it.
We recommend human review wherever a reply carries commercial or legal weight — pricing, stock, delivery commitments, health or safety claims. AI Employee is a tool for your staff, not a replacement for their judgement.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level at this stage. Maintenance, third-party outages and platform API changes can all interrupt it.
We may change or remove features as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces what the service does, we will tell the businesses using it.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AI Employee and close your account at any time from the dashboard. When a business closes its account, its data — including conversations and customer records — is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other businesses on it at risk, or where a connected platform requires us to.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to the businesses using the platform. Continuing to use AI Employee after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
